All fences should have full takeoff of flowers boxes or brush.
Courses may vary slightly according to ring size, weather and footing conditions
UPDATE: A pilot will be tried for two years regarding the height of the jumps for both the 3 and 4 year olds. Starting in 2004, the fence heights for the 3 year olds will not exceed 2'9". The height of fences for the 4 year olds will not exceed 3'.
